For 'standard' Logic Apps you can manage them with the az logicapp command. For the Azure CLI there are now (as of at least June 2022) commands for managing Logic Apps, both of the 'standard' and 'consumption' varieties. I kept this post up anyway, for other Windows luddites who don’t want to wade into Python. 1 I wanted to provide an update to 4c74356b41's answer since it has been almost 3 years. I feel like the guy friend is cool too but the best friend character has the tendency to be cliche in a lot of shows so maybe not as much focus? Also the "odd" character figuring out the "normal life" feels overused as well in general. I really like the parents, especially the mom, but would want a little more focus on her. The only thing I'd change would be focusing more on Chrissy and figuring out her family and powers. I love the voice actors, animation, comedy, etc. You can tell, like the beginning of a lot of shows, there still coming into their own and can become much better overtime. I ended up watching all eps in one day and actually liked it. It's genuinely kind of weird and I think if anything their release schedule might get less consistent as they start to focus on bigger games.Being a fan of Rick and morty and animation in general, I've been wanting to try this show for awhile. And the response is still generally people are unimpressed. Then you look at PS5 and you have Demon's Souls, Sackboy's Big Adventure, Spider-Man Miles Morales, Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart, Returnal, God of War Ragnarok, Horizon and Gran Turismo in the first 2 years. You basically had Infamous, Bloodborne, and the launch titles Knack and Killzone Shadowfall out and that was it. But honestly if you look at the PS4 release schedule around this time, it was absolutely anemic, honestly some of the worst early years for any popular console ever. I think maybe part of the problem is that a lot of these games are for gamers and enthusiasts, so the crossgen release schedule has really knocked the winds out of word of mouth's sails. Sony has been doing a way, way better job at releasing games consistently, it's probably been the best early lineup of games for them since the PS2. It's interesting because as an outsider looking in I think Playstation 5's release schedule gets a lot of undeserved apathy perhaps. You are definitely right they haven't announced much new since 2020. I can only guess why that is since I'm not into most of their franchises, but it certainly is interesting and I think a lot of it is just the crossgen release strategy. To get the full benefit of S49 Mk 2’s hardware control, your NKS-supported instruments have to run within the Komplete Kontrol plug-in. Ableton Live and the KK S49 get along like a house on fire once you’ve walked through the DAW integration process on NI’s website. With that taken care of your attention can turn to finding sounds, and with the built-in screens you don’t have to turn to your computer monitor to do it. Firstly, the keyboard doubles as a DAW control surface, letting you commandeer the transport, track levels, solos, mutes, and more. The best thing about the S keyboards is how ridiculously simple it is to build a track using nothing but the hardware. No complaints, no ‘please restart session’ requests, and no software dialogue boxes asking you to select your controller. Another thing that impressed me was how quickly it settled into a DAW session, when turned on mid-session. The S49 Mk 2 runs perfectly fine off USB bus power but there’s still an on/off button at the back - no yanking the USB cable to turn it off. The full-size S88 keyboard comes with weighted keys. There’s a certain thickness about how the keys feel - a delicate balance between springy and weighty, with satisfying travel. The keybed itself is by Fatar and I love it. Also, the pitch/mod controls are wheels rather than sliders, while a single touch-sensitive slider underneath gives an extra expressive option. The Mute/Solo and Select buttons above the screens even have multiple backlight colours. Matte black suits it well and the backlit rubber buttons ensure visibility on a dim stage. It feels solid and has reassuring weight. FEELING OF KONTROLĮveryone who tried the S49 comments on its build quality. The row of buttons above and eight touch-sensitive encoders underneath help you navigate on-screen parameters swiftly, but more on that later. The most noticeable feature was the Light Guide. The first round of Komplete Kontrol keyboards were an all-round hit as Native Instruments delivered a physical interface for its NKS paradigm. Having played with the Komplete Kontrol S49 Mk 2 for a few months now, I can say these are the most intuitive, unobtrusive, inspirational MIDI keyboards I’ve ever reviewed. It was a relief to discover that rather than lobbing a grenade into my setup, Native Instruments was fighting the battle on my behalf. The battle to find a free-flowing compositional experience can shift right under your feet new software, new gear, new instruments, integrating anything new can break your flow in an instant. In addition, it doesn’t have the functionality to send templated emails to tenants or automate rent reminders. For example, although it facilitates invoice payments, it doesn’t have a tenant portal to allow your tenants to view historical and upcoming payments or set up automated online rent payments. The second major limitation is that QuickBooks doesn’t have industry-specific features. As QuickBooks isn’t designed with landlords in mind, you need an even better understanding of the program before it will start saving you time. There’s always a learning curve when adopting new software but this can be particularly difficult when the software isn’t designed exactly for your purpose. The first limitation of using QuickBooks for a rental property is that it’s difficult to set up everything correctly. In contrast, property management software like Landlord Studio has industry-specific features that are specifically designed to make rental property management easier. The Limitations of Using QuickBooks for a Rental PropertyĪlthough it is the leading accounting software for small businesses, there are some limitations to using QuickBooks for real estate, particularly for managing rentals. It’s worth exploring some tutorials on Youtube that can walk you through the setup process. Setting Up QuickBooks For Your Rental Property Good property management software will also offer property management specific features, such as customizable reports, rental applications, tenant screening and online rent collection. As it is purpose-built for landlords, it allows you to manage properties separately and is designed to make income and expense tracking as simple as possible. In other words, unless you’re skilled or have plenty of experience with QuickBooks, you may be better off using property management software. Similarly, the user interface for QuickBooks is not designed for individuals managing numerous separate accounts. In terms of using spreadsheets, this means having a separate sheet for each property, which can quickly get out of hand. In fact, you almost need to treat each property as an independent business. Essentially, when tracking income and expenses for your rentals, you need to keep your finances for each property separate, ideally on a unit-by-unit basis. The same issues that make spreadsheets unsuitable for rental portfolios make QuickBooks a challenge to use for rental properties. However, QuickBooks is primarily designed for small to midsize businesses. You can use QuickBooks for real estate in several ways, including to track income and expenses associated with your rental property portfolios. You can view a direct feature comparison here.Ĭan You Use QuickBooks for Rental Properties? Plus, we’ll outline its strengths and weaknesses when compared to industry-specific rental accounting software like Landlord Studio which is designed with landlords in mind. In this article, we look at the suitability of QuickBooks for landlords and explore how to set it up and use it for your rental property accounting. If you’ve searched for professional accounting software before, you have probably come across QuickBooks. The great thing is that there is software out there to help make accounting easier. Landlords know as much as anyone that it can be quite complicated, especially if you don’t have a good system in place.
